GlamMax is an iPhone app made by AIOBLE INC (“we”). This page explains what GlamMax collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: a photo stays on your phone until you choose to glam it, and we keep as little as we can for as short a time as we can.

Photos

• When you tap Apply, the photo you picked is sent to our servers and to our AI provider, Google, to make the edit. Before your first edit, the app asks your permission, and you can turn this off at any time on the You screen.
• Retouching (smooth skin, teeth, eyes, light, heal and the phone hair shades) happens on your phone. Those photos are never uploaded.
• A new AI hair color or cut (GlamMax Pro+) sends the photo again for a second edit, under the same rules.
• Before upload, the app shrinks the photo and removes its metadata, including location.
• We never store your original photo. It exists in memory only while the edit is made.
• The finished glam is kept for 24 hours so you can save or share it, then deleted. You can delete it sooner from the app.
• If a photo is refused and you report it as a mistake, you can choose to include the photo so we can check why. We keep it only until we have checked, and never longer than 30 days, then delete it. Photos refused as explicit are never accepted with a report.
• Your photos are never used to train AI, by us or by our provider. Our provider processes them only to make your edit, under its own data policy.
• Faces found in your photo on your phone are used only to let you choose who is glammed. They are never used for advertising, marketing or profiling.

Your account

• You can use GlamMax without an account. The app creates an anonymous identifier for your device so your free photos are counted fairly.
• If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier from Apple and, the first time only, the name you choose to share. We do not receive your email unless you share it.
• We keep your subscription status, which Apple tells us, and your points.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple. We never see your payment details. We receive Apple’s confirmation of your subscription so the app knows you have access.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We don’t link your GlamMax data with data from other apps.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from the You screen in the app. This deletes your account, any glams we still hold and your points, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
