Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and AIOBLE INC (“we”), the maker of GlamMax. By using GlamMax you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use GlamMax

You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use GlamMax only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Your photos

• Only use photos you have the right to edit. In a photo of other people, check with them before you edit or share it.
• You keep all rights to your photos and your glams. You give us permission to process a photo only to make the edit you asked for, as described in our privacy page.
• GlamMax refuses explicit photos, and our AI provider may refuse others. Don’t try to get around these checks.
• Don’t use GlamMax to mislead anyone about who a person is, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful.

AI edits

GlamMax uses AI to edit your photos. Results vary, and an edit may not always look the way you expect. Glams are for fun and self-expression; they are not a guarantee of how makeup, a hair color or a cut will look in real life.

Free week and subscriptions

• Your first week includes a limited number of free AI glams and phone retouches.
• GlamMax Pro and GlamMax Pro+ are yearly subscriptions sold and billed by Apple. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• We may change what each plan includes. If a change takes something away from a plan you’re paying for, it applies from your next renewal, and we’ll tell you in the app first.

Points

Points and levels are a game inside the app. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.

Our app

GlamMax, its design and its name belong to AIOBLE INC. You may use the app for your own personal use. Don’t copy, reverse engineer or resell it.

Ending

You can stop using GlamMax and delete your account from the You screen at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Disclaimers

GlamMax is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Apple

These terms are between you and AIOBLE INC, not Apple. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and where the two differ about the app license, these terms apply. Apple has no duty to provide support for GlamMax.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
